The Light Sparkles - Communication (Trusting yourself and others)

Light Sparkles

Text from the Padmasambhava Association:

"Communication is a process between two parties. The one who puts out a message and the one who receives it. The tensions around our eyes create a barrier between the way we perceive things and the way they actually exist. We see the world like through limiting 'glasses.' Thus in relating our consciousness has to juggle continuously in order to overcome these differences. Sending and receiving emotional impulses is not always a joyful exchange of feelings. It can become a complicated process of finding a way through the jungle of tensions around our ribcage into the heart of our Beloved, which is as well protected as ours.

"This process of Tibetan Pulsing Yoga is designed to dissolve the emotional charge and the hurt created by misunderstandings in our communication."

The Light Sparkles consist of the following four group processes:

- Lungs (Wings of Inspiration)

- Colon (Keep in Rhythm)

- Pons (Meditation and Orgasm)

- Spinal Base (Flexibility and Trust)
